Solar Winds Spam Filter Digests stop spam showing in digests

Hi there Darren,

Thanks for your response! I have looked through everything necessary and I thin the best way to do this is to set up Automatic Email Scout Reports.

** If you already have Email Scout Reports set up, you will need to remove them so the new settings can be set and the Email Scout Reports re-created
- You can do this in the Domain under the Domain > Incoming > Email Scout Reports (preview) and select all then click on the Droppdown - Remove.

- When you have removed (if applicable), you can then set up the Automatic Scout Reports. In the Domain view, you would have to navigate to Incoming > Domain Settings. You will then see a checkbox named "Automatically Enable Daily Email Scout Reports".

- You will need to enable this first.
- You can then set up to 3 of these per day.
- When you have selected all the timings etc, you will then see an option (Enabled by default) called "Include all quarantined messages in the report".
- This will mean the combined score for every email will be looked at, and any email that has an outright Main class of Spam, Phish etc will not be included.
- As per the (i) on this setting, you will read "This report can either list all quarantined messages or it can list the messages from the quarantine of which the filter was least certain. Reports will not be sent if there is no such message".
- when competed, click save.

Let me know how the mails get on, or if you're finding spam is still coming through (: Have a nice day and please don't hesitate to ask any other questions!

Hey Darren,

Thanks for your email! I have looked over your case details now and Scheduled Email Scout Reports are emailed log search results that are executed and sent at a specified schedule. Reports may be manually created from the log search page, or automatically created via a domain level configuration.

* I have then set this up so you could add it via a screenshot I took called "Capture11.PNG". Please review when possible.
** you will need to have Features Preview enabled: Others > Users Profile > features Enabled: Active

I would suggest adding the idea on our Feature request page, which can be found here; http://ideas.solarwindsmsp.com/

Let me know of course if you run into any issues or need any further assistance on the matter (: Have a nice day and please don't hesitate to ask any other questions!

Kind Regards,
